TERMS & CONDITIONS

By paying term fees, parents and guardians agree to all of the following terms and conditions:

MEMBERSHIP:

All families attending Little Venice Suzuki Group (LVSG) classes must be members of the London Suzuki Group (LSG) which is our umbrella organisation. This also automatically includes membership of the British Suzuki Institute

FEES:

Term fees will be paid in full and by the due date given on the invoice.
Term fees are charged at a flat-rate and there are no deductions for missed classes or concerts.
Fees are payable by online bank transfer to the LVSG bank account.
A minimum of half a term’s notice must be given in writing if leaving for any reason (1 term or longer) and addressed to: info@littlevenicesuzukigroup.com For example, if you want to leave at the end of the summer term, you must give notice no later than the end of the half term break in May.

ATTENDANCE:

Parents are fully responsible for children under 18 at all times. This includes classes, break times, concerts, and any external Suzuki events.
Parents must ensure children arrive in plenty of time for the start of each class.
Parents are responsible for signing in by ticking against the name of their child, their own names, and the names of any other family members or friends on the attendance sheets provided.
Parents must notify teachers of any occasional absence from group lessons by email to info@littlevenicesuzukigroup.com
Children must attend a minimum of 4 Sundays in order to participate in the end of term concert.
Children must attend compulsory rehearsals as appropriate in order to take part in any external concerts.
Children may not move between groups mid-way through the term.

RESPECT FOR SCHOOL BUILDING AND PROPERTY

EMERGENCY

In the event of a fire or other emergency, leave the school building calmly, and gather at the benches opposite the basketball courts.
Alert any member of staff of anything that looks suspicious

SOCIAL MEDIA

Joining the (LSG) implies consent to the use of photos and/or videos of your children for educational or promotional reasons on websites and social media platforms relevant to the Little Venice Suzuki Group, London Suzuki Group, and the British Suzuki Institute.
